The Engineering the West Team has prepared a major new report,  based on the ten guiding principles of the One Planet Living approach, to achieve a balance between the needs of the environment, society and the economy.  It has the potential to transform the West Region, bringing it in line with some of the most sustainable and liveable regions in the world, and it would be an exemplar in this country.
